Wendy P Thueson is certified as a Chef, Raw Food Coach, and Master Herbalist. She has been studying and implementing plant-based nutrition since 2009 when she reached her breaking point with chronic fatigue for 28 years, Grave's disease, hypoglycemia, and symptoms of Fibromyalgia.
She was desperate to find answers and was unsuccessful going the medical route, so she took her health into her own hands and found the answers that completely reversed her ill-health and gave her a much higher quality of life. She is certified as a Raw Food Coach by Karen Knowler of England, a Chef from Utah Valley State University and a Master Herbalist from The School of Natural Healing
Wendy teaches classes, workshops, and online coaching programs. She implements all that she has experienced and learned over the years with a high rate of success with her clients. As a life learner, she will continue adding more tools to her toolbox to aid in client prevention and recovery work.
Wendy has also been featured many times as a guest Chef on Good Things Utah and wrote for Utah Valley Health & Wellness Magazine for 2 1/2 years. She is an author and sought-after speaker. She is a wife and mother to four beautiful children and holds an Associates Degree in Elementary Education.
